  • Voucher termination
  • Non-payment of rent (with court date)
  • Termination (with court date)
 
Lockouts
  • Private or Subsidized (Section 8)
 
Foreclosures
  • Sheriff Sale with sale scheduled
  • Evictions (with court date)
 
Family
  • Documents with answer deadlines
  • PPO (motion to terminate or amend)
 
Utilities Shut-Offs
  • Utility shut-off notice with future date
     (Primary residence only)
 
Expungements
 
Debt Collections
  • Current summons and complaint
  • Current garnishments
 
Public Benefits (Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS))
  • DHS cases (with a pending hearing)
  • Food Stamp cases (with a pending hearing)
