| Legal Aid and Defender Association, Inc. is a Michigan nonprofit corporation governed by a corporate Board of Directors and a Policy Board that oversees operations funded by the federal Legal Services Corporation. As a provider of legal services, however, we function much like a large private law firm, with an Executive Management Group responsible for overall operations, supported by an Administrative Service Group. |
