Housing or Benefits cases ONLY: Your concern involves housing or benefits, such as problems with a landlord or a mortgage company. Also problems with welfare, food stamps or disability benefits.
No online application for URGENT matters: You do not have a deadline in a few days or something important has been taken from you in the past few days.

HOW DOES AN ONLINE APPLICATION WORK?
We ask about the income and property in your household. We'll also ask about the problem you have and the names of people involved.
You need about 20 minutes to finish this Online Application. If you provide your email address, you will receive an email when your application is received. LAD will contact you within 3 business days about your application.
